Just read in El Tiempo about this project Donna Sheehan and Paul Reffell, a couple of activists, have thought of to make people around the world have a synchronized global orgasm for peace on December 22nd. My first reaction was to laugh, but then I checked the Global Orgasm website, and as peculiar as the idea sounds, it made me think of Ghandi and how he united people for peace. I don’t know, in this very much messed up world, any ideas about trying to make people love each other instead of fight against each other are welcome.

So, hmmm… We’ll see. The idea is using the energy from an orgasm and think about peace. Interesting.

Message Board Question

My High School friends and I stay in touch on a regular basis. We have an e-mail group, but I want to implement a Message Board where we all can sign in and share stories, photos and stuff like that. However, I don’t have a place to host it (since this domain is borrowed from Babs, and I don’t want to abuse! — Thank you, girl!), and I want to know which web-based service I can use (for now) to make these crazy ladies register. I’ve looked on Google and so far I’ve found nothing interesting or decent. Any ideas?

P.S. Not to mention I want something simple and easy to work with because I’m almost 100% sure I’m the only computer geek from my class.

My best friend from college in Colombia just informed me she’s pregnant and it may be TWINS! Holy babies, Batman! I’m so happy for her and her husband. I’m gonna be an auntie again, w00t! Tickets to Austria, anyone? ;)
