We volunteer at a local community garden, and the pleasure of seeing these potatoes, corn and cabbage grow and cover everything in green is undescribable. Even better is having to harvest and then decide what to do with so much produce. We donate what we get, but the peace that comes from just this is incredible. Some of these changes won't seem easy at first, but when you look back they will not be so bad. I gotta tell you tho, I don't care what anybody says. Our systems were designed to eat meat.
