It rarely lets spam through and after the first few weeks when there were maybe half a dozen legit messages that it held back as spam that I had to whitelist I rarely find it holding back anything it shouldn't. I've had accounts for me and Meg for about 18 months now and it's excellent value for money. I invested in a Spamcop account for $15/year – you get a discount for multiple accounts.
