Holidays Look

I tried to implement I template I found, but for some reason I couldn’t customize the images. But since I like this one so much, I just added a few Christmas touches and made a few inconspicuous changes. I’m satisfied. Now I just have to start posting more.

All I want for Christmas is a Wii

Well, not really. We already have one. But it seems like the Wii is coveted by many, and not easy to get. A year after its launch, the small video game console sells out almost immediately when it reaches stores, even after Nintendo Co. has ramped up production several times.

And it is a really fun toy. I actually don’t spend a lot of time in front of it (because I’m too addicted to my DS), but it’s guaranteed that you are going to have a good time once you touch those controllers. You can do anything you can imagine with the Wii, that’s the beauty of it.

So, what are you getting this Christmas? A Wii, right? ;-)

Tweaky Bird

John pointed out that my individual entry pages were messed up; it drove me nuts and I decided to take off the sidebar. Then Laura at BlogHer Ads let me know the code was not visible enough. So I spent a while today trying to figure out what was wrong, and I have to say I love how I’m finally getting comfortable with WordPress. I know it’s an easy to use CMS, but I was too lazy to actually figure out how the code worked. With all the pre-made templates, there isn’t much thinking left to do.

Anyway, I decided that if in the past I was able to completely understand and tweak Movable Type, I sure was capable of fiddling around with WP. All the booboos are fixed now, and I even managed to change a few things I wasn’t happy with. The next step is maybe create a few templates of my own. Oh, so much fun!
