Fleeing from Home

OK, enough. I have to get out of this house or I won’t be able to study for my mid-terms. I’m going to bury myself in the most hidden cubicle at the public library where the telephone won’t ring, where there is no computer with internet connection and where there is no freaking noise from the street or housework to worry about. Do you get that I’m starting to feel stressed? So, I’m fleeing from home as soon as I’m done with this entry.

Not to mention one of my work groups, composed by people who don’t seem to understand the meaning of the word “group” and it’s driving me crazy. Sure, we can do things by ourselves, but we need to meet, IN PERSON, to write them down properly. So far each one of our meetings has been absolutely “improductif” and if everyone keeps on pulling to their own side, we’re going to be in big doodoo. Everyone has mid-terms next week, so it’s a really bad excuse to say that you have exams to prepare. I do, too! Duh…

Ugh! Never mix up mid-terms with PMS — Bad cocktail, very bad!

  1. Yup, you’re stressed but understandibly so. You want to do well and who can blame you! Keep at it, you’re doing a great job!

  2. I can top that. don’t mix that time of the month with mid terms. Been there, and done that. It makes you pretty wacko.

And I still have a midterm next week to boot. I think I’m going to go cry now. :(
