John and I have been talking more and more about starting thinking of the kind of house/condo we want. We have, for the most part, decided that we want to stay in the KC area, and that in 1-2 years it would be nice to put some property to our name. Last night, I had the “great” idea of taking a look at what’s available in our city (we like OP).

So, as curious as I am (VERY!), at first I only found websites were you had to sign up to be able to see the listings, and they ask you for your phone number. I went ahead and put it in… and I know I will regret it. I wonder how long it’ll take for agents to start calling. The good thing is, nobody is home between 9 and 6.

I have worked in real estate before, and I like it. But it is a very persistent group of people. God save us all!
