No, I didn’t fall off the face of the earth. I’m still here, in Colombia, it’s darn hot and very christmas-y. The streets are full of light and music, there’s party everywhere and I’m having a good time. Last week was my birthday and I had a great time with my friends; we stayed until 2:30 in the morning telling jokes and talking about our childhood. I took some photos, but I haven’t had the time (or the patience for that matter) to upload them to my photo album.
Last night we got together with some friends to see a fireworks show given by the energy company. It was fun, and we had a friend’s little 3-year-old girl telling jokes… I swear I never heard a 3-year-old telling jokes. My brother and I came back home around 1 a.m. and I’ve been vegging around all morning, but soon I have to get ready because one of my friends is getting married next week and she hasn’t received her “Confirmation”, so the priest is going to do that for her today and I’m her “madrina”.
Summarizing: I’m good, happy and surrounded by all the people who matter the most in my life, except my dear hubby that I miss so very much, but I’m crossing fingers that he will be able to come and join me very soon. I hope everyone is doing well; if some of you receive Christmas cards from Canada, don’t be surprised… I prepared them before coming to Colombia and Patrice posted them a few days ago :) Take care!
It’s good to hear from you, Bea. I was just wondering today where you had gone off to! Glad to hear you are doing well.
Happy Belated Birthday! Sounds like you are having a fabulous time – which is great! :D Enjoy the time with those that you love…

Hey Bea! Glad to hear everything is going so well for you (except for your next post, hehe). I miss you lots down here, could have used a good girls’ night out or something.
Happy belated birthday, gawds, I’m terrible with that! I really have to start using my Yahoo! calender to receive reminders. Geeze.
Well, say hi to your family for me, and I send you tons of kisses and warm blessings of every kind! From Jeremy too! xoxoxoxoxoxoxox
