Just read in El Tiempo that more than half of the Colombian women don’t know what a pap test is for. I blame it on the lack of sexual education, or education in general… it’s sad. Pap tests are extremely annoying, and the “some discomfort” is more like a “get me out of here discomfort.” But they are necessary; they can save you trouble. Mind you, I had my first one much later in life than I was supposed to. I hate it, but I still do it.
